ACTE123's vault is not a drive with nicer icons. It remembers which requirement a document fulfilled. The next procedure that needs the same file can offer it instead of sending the person back through email. Profiles can reuse personal data across plans and fill mapped form fields. Consumer document products fail when they become folders. They work when the next checklist can see what the user already proved. If you ask for the same scan twice, you are not a guide. You are another counter.
