Bogdan
Dabbler
Worked for Microsoft, started a small business, headed the engineering team for a high growth startup. Had varied levels of success. Now works as a consultant, raises 2 kids and builds small stuff sometimes. The Event Newsletter is one of those things. It's an app that delivers weekly local event newsletters based on the user's preferences, using AI to find and curate events.

Removes any sound you can describe from your videos
Builder of SoundScrub, a desktop app that removes any sound you can describe (a barking dog, people talking, copyrighted music) from a video, or keeps only that sound, or just turns it down. It runs on Meta's open-source SAM Audio model inside an Electron shell with a Python backend on RunPod, and by design the video never leaves your machine: only the extracted audio is uploaded for processing. Started as a terminal script for cleaning up his own holiday footage and grew into a pay-per-use product aimed at travel vloggers and videographers.
Cristian

Doru
Building scheduling software for dental clinics
Builder behind Dentor, an appointment-scheduling and practice-management platform for Romanian dental clinics. Dentor gives each practice a 24/7 online booking link, automated SMS and email reminders, centralized patient records, and an auto-generated website, so a clinic runs on software instead of a receptionist's notebook. Building a vertical SaaS in one of the most heavily regulated data classes there is: patient health data under GDPR.
Fineas Silaghi
Security researcher and CTF player running AISafe Labs
Dives headfirst into the most challenging subjects and uncovers ways to exploit them. Security researcher and CTF player from Romania, now CEO of AISafe Labs, where he ships a security product into environments where SaaS is not an option: corporate networks, regulated industries, air-gapped deployments.

Builds systems that make hiring decisions better
Studied computer science and psychology, then went deeper into neuroscience and organizational behavior. Spent 5+ years hiring for teams across Europe before founding Human Nature in 2026, a company building ethical AI infrastructure for organizations. First product is Pace, a structured interview copilot that runs beside interviewers rather than replacing them. Structured interviews have the highest predictive validity in hiring research and the highest variability in practice; Pace exists to close that implementation gap.

Builds audio plugins as a one-person studio
Audio-software developer behind Lost Synapse, a one-person studio whose first release is Laura, a software synthesizer built in C and C++ on top of JUCE. Laura ships as an AU, VST3, and standalone instrument for macOS and Windows, sold for a one-time price with lifetime updates and no telemetry. Works in the niche where the moat is not engineering but taste and DSP craft: a recognizable sound that producers trust.
Mihai
Building OCR tools for developers
Developer building OCRskill, an OCR API for AI agents that extracts structured data from images in under 500ms. Passionate about solving tedious data entry problems with GPU-powered automation.
Mile Rosu
Dad of one, co-founder of three
Software engineer turned sales and marketing generalist who sailed through the Java, WordPress, and Kubernetes seas. Currently building a church management app targeting an underserved but transaction-heavy niche. Volunteers, ships products, and believes in finding one specific pain point before building the full suite.
Mircea
From agency burnout to $4k MRR
Developer with 25+ years of software engineering experience who turned client-work expertise into micro-SaaS products. Built SingleFax (no-signup online fax service) and Blahphone (browser-based international calling). Believes the best products solve one problem extremely well.
Petru
SEO veteran at Kink.com
SEO specialist working on one of the web's oldest and highest-authority domains. Brings hard-won experience in large-scale content strategy, trust signals, and sustainable publishing cadence.
Raul
Software engineer turned curator and community builder
Software engineer turned indie builder and community organizer. After being fired for trying to create a better work culture, he built Calm Companies, a curated list of companies renowned for how they work and for $19/year people get a weekly newsletter for when any of them are hiring. Organizes the Indie TM meetup in Timisoara, Romania, where local indie hackers present, roast, and sharpen each other's products. Believes curation beats algorithms, simplicity beats features, and a landing page with a Stripe payment button is the best MVP.
Valentin Bora
Makes sure your email lands in the inbox
Builder of doesmyemail.work, a free, no-signup tool that tells you in plain English whether your email reaches the inbox or the spam folder. It scans SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records and offers a real send-a-test-email check, turning an invisible and expensive problem (mail silently going to spam) into a thirty-second diagnosis. Treats the free tool as the top of a funnel rather than the whole business. Also builds Dr. Ursula, a React Native psychology and personal-development app for the psychotherapist Dr. Ursula Sandner, where he is testing short-form video for awareness and gentle push notifications to turn free listeners into paying subscribers.
Vlad
Backend engineer turned indie hacker
Backend and DevOps engineer who loves writing beautiful code. After 15 years building production infrastructure, went solo to scratch his own itch. Now building sisif.ai, an AI video generation API, and zag, a composable agent development environment in Zig that he uses as his personal harness for agentic coding. Obsessed with distribution and platform-led growth.
Zoltan Szogyenyi
Chief builder at Bergside, creator of Flowbite
Co-founder and CEO of Bergside, a bootstrapped two-person company in Timisoara that builds and acquires digital products used by millions. Started with outsourcing, pivoted to templates on ThemeForest (first one rejected), then hit a spike on Black Friday selling Tailwind and Figma design systems. That momentum led to Flowbite, an open-source UI component library with 30M+ npm downloads and 9.1k+ GitHub stars. Runs the business with co-founder Robert Tanislav, reaching 70k/month without recurring revenue. Believes in premium pricing, community-driven distribution, and never doing discounts.
